At AvistaMart, our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return, replacement, and refund policy carefully below:
1. Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day replacement/return window starting from the date of delivery.

If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, user manuals, and accessories.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: Customers are strictly required to shoot a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel. If a product is received damaged, defective, or with missing items, this unboxing video will be required as proof to process your claim.
3. Acceptable Cases for Return/Replacement
We accept return or free replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

The product was received in a physically damaged or broken condition upon delivery.

The wrong size, wrong color, or completely different product was delivered.

The product is functionally defective or not working properly.
4. How to Raise a Return Request

Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team via email or phone. Please include your Order ID, along with the Unboxing Video/Photos of the issue.

Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address. (Note: In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you may be requested to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges).
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality inspection, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited directly to your original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our support team will reach out to collect your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund amount will be securely transferred to your account within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the details.
6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner and shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
