1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your order is confirmed.

You will receive a notification containing your courier tracking link via SMS and Email as soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with India's leading courier networks (including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Smartr, and Ecom Express) to ensure secure and swift delivery:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 4 to 7 business days.

Remote Regions (North-East, J&K, Rural Areas): 5 to 9 business days.
Please note: External factors such as extreme weather, regional festivals, or public holidays might occasionally cause minor transit delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery nationwide on all prepaid orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking).

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes across India. Depending on current promotional offers, a minor, non-refundable COD handling fee may be added at checkout.
4. Mandatory Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To maintain operational efficiency and avoid fake orders, AvistaMart enforces a strict COD verification policy:

Once you place a COD order, our automated system or support team will reach out to you via a WhatsApp text or a quick Phone Call to confirm your delivery address.

Orders that remain unverified after 48 hours will be automatically canceled by our system.
5. Tracking Your Package
Once your order leaves our facility, you can track its journey in real-time. You can use the direct link sent to your mobile/email, or simply enter your tracking ID on the "Track Order" page directly on our website.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package appears heavily damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it from the courier executive. If you accept the package, ensure you record a continuous Unboxing Video from start to finish to easily claim a free replacement for any damaged or missing items inside.
